The first session of Camp Harbor View 2009 is less than a week away!
The first session of Camp Harbor View 2009 is less than a week away and we couldn’t be more excited to have the camp filled with youth again!! Staff have been working hard during training and have come up with some great ideas for games and ways to help campers follow Rule Number One…. Have Fun!! One of the staff even has a new camp song that everyone is going to love! Some of the staff wanted to send a message to all of you:

Despite all the rain, we have been getting ready for camp to start and are catching up all the new counselors to be as cool as us!! Can’t wait to see you!!!
The CHV staff have been working for the last two weeks making sure we are ready for the campers ensuring this will be the best camp year yet, even better than the last two years and we all know that is hard to beat!!!
We are looking forward to a fun filled summer with you all and can’t wait for the new friendships, personal challenges and great memories that we will experience this year. Welcome back to the best camp on earth!!!
To me Camp Harbor View means lots of fun, excitement, and the ability to touch campers’ lives in such a beautiful surrounding. That’s why I’m glad to be part of the Camp Harbor View Crew.
The Aquatics staff is looking forward to a safe, productive summer! There are four returning lifeguards plus a new Director and Asst. Director. CHV lifeguards will be guarding the ocean front and our Jr. Olympic Sized pool. The overall Aquatics goal is to have a fun, safe summer where kids can excel in their swimming abilities.
With the two weeks of staff training almost complete, the camp is buzzing with excitement and anticipation. Over two dozen of last years counselors have returned and those new to the team are already feeling like family. Regardless of new or old, the entire staff is looking forward to having the third summer better than the last two, making a difference in the lives of hundreds of Boston’s youth, and continuing the evolving legacy of this beautiful and positive summer camp experience.
As you can see we are all excited to have the island come to life with the presence of the campers. We hope you bring the sun, and lot’s of excitement to spend a fabulous four weeks with a great staff at the best camp on the planet!!!
